You won't sacrifice service for savings.  We at least do equal but often more than typical agents at a
fraction of the cost to you (1% commission compared to 2-
3%). We do more than just put your property in the MLS and wait.

1% Home Listing Program charges sellers a straightforward 1% listing fee, and a $695 transaction fee paid at closing to LPT Realty. Traditional brokerages often charge 2–3% or more, which can significantly reduce your net proceeds. Our clients save an average of $10,000 while still receiving full-service representation.

Our buyer's contracts are for 2% of the purchase price. We work to negotiate with the seller and listing broker to pay our commission (100% success so far!). If the compensation offered is over 2% (which is common) our buyers may be eligible for a cash rebate at
closing. Ask for details! LPT Realty charges a $695 Transaction fee at closing.
