Founders Story

In 2019, after a career in law enforcement, Jason Rogers found another way to serve his community through helping others buy and sell homes. His master’s degree from Jacksonville University Business School and years of serving his community made this a perfect match. He quickly realized that large brokers and their agents are focused on charging high fees, upwards of 6%, while the work to process a sale was decreasing through technology. Simply put, his service heart was strained as he felt he was betraying his loyal customers when collecting his large commissions from their hard-earned equity.

A transformation was born

He would launch the 1% Home Listings Program and use technology to focus on customers and not commission transforming his real estate business. By giving back, he felt he would receive more through creating raving fans, rather than trying to extract maximum profit from each transaction.
